Following is a list of questions and answers we have put together for your reference. We have constructed these questions and answers based on both, feedback questions from users and questions and answers we thought may be useful.

Q: What is memberships?
Membership is the ability to have an account, which will allow you post ads, view ads, view contact details of the sellers and bid for items on auction

Q: What are the different membership types?
There are a number of different membership types which allow users to pay different monthly fee's and in return get different quota's on the amount of ad's they can post. Membership types may change over time depending on feedback and market conditions.

Q: Is there ever free membership or promotions?
Yes, Free or promotional account types are set up occasionally to promote the site. It is at management discretion when promotions are offered. Currently for the Launch of the site membership is Free for the first 3 mths

Q: How do I become a member and have an account?
You "sign up" or register an account using the "sign up" link at the top right-hand corner of the site page. Once processed ' your ' account will be activated.

Q: How many Ad's can I upload or post on the site?
Depending on your account type you can post a different amount of ad's. For a standard account you can post 2 standard and 2 auction ad's. For an advanced account you can post 4 standard and 4 auction ad's.

Q: How can I see my account details, such as my ad's I posted, Items I am bidding on or interested in and bookmarked etc.?
You can see all these details on your personal member page, to go to this page after signing it press the [Member Page] button on the top right had corner of the site.

Q: How can I change my account registered details, such as my email address, name or physical location address?
To change any of your contact details after logging in press the [My Profile] button in the top right hand corner of the site. this will allow you to view all your profile details and edit or change any as you desire.

Q: How do I upload an Ad?
To Upload an Ad you press the [Upload Ad] button and then fill in the details in each page, ie. select what category of item you want to sell, fill in a description of the item, then any relevant details etc. You can then upload a photo and Video of your item.

Q: How do I upload or attach a photo to my ad?
Firstly you need a photo of the item on your computer, then at the last page of the ad upload process there is an option to upload a photo or multiple photo's. There is also instructions on the page detailing the steps. Also attached to this Question there is a download'able file detailing the steps for your reference.

Q: What is the best size of Photo's to attach?
The approximate best size of photo is best withing the following size range:
- Height 800 to 1024 pixels
- Width 600 to 768 pixels
Also attached to this question is a download'able file explaining the optimum size and format of Photo's to attach and how to adjust them before attaching if they are not correct size.

Q: How do I upload or attach Video to my Ad?
Firstly you need a video of the item on your computer. If you do not have a YouTube account you need to set 1 up ( YouTube is a video sharing website www.youtube.com ).
Post setting up the account there is 3 steps to uploading the Video.
1. Upload your Video to the video sharing website Youtube.com
2. Once uploaded to youtube.com copy the Video Link to the FarmersMart website.
3. Press the [Add Photo/Video button], this video will then be viewable in you ad.

Q: How do I create a YouTube account so I can add video to my Ad?
You go to the YouTube website www.youtube.com and set up an account.
If you are having difficulty setting up the account you can download the file attached to this question for step by step instructions we prepared to guide you through the process.
** Note YouTube is a separate independent website and may change their website without notice so our created instructions may not apply in that situation.

Q: How do I add videos to my YouTube account?
To add video's to YouTube you must have the video stored on your computer then upload this video to your account.

Q: How do I add my uploaded Video in YouTube to my Ad on FarmersMart?
You open your youtube account and view the video you uploaded. Beside the Video there is the Embed code for this video ie. it should look sometiing liike this If you are having difficulty doing this you can download the file attached to this question for step by step instructions we prepared to guide you through the process.

Q: I am Lost can I call someone to help me set up an account or Upload an Ad?

Q: If I'm not a member can I post an Ad?
Yes you can use the "one time Ad" facility. To use this you do not need to be a member and hence you will not have all the other membership privileges. To Post this ad type select the "Post a one time advert" link on the homepage.

Q: How do I search for specific categories of Items for sale?
You can use the Search feature on the right hand side of the page. Using this feature you can search for items in specific categories. Alternatively you can use the"Advanced Search" feature.
Using the advanced Search Feature you can also search for specific breeds of animals or makes and models of equipment etc.

Q: How do I see the contact details of the person selling an item?
Once you are a member of the site you can see the contact details of all the people selling items on the site.

Q: What is Request Callback?
The Request Callback feature allows people to submit their name and contact number to the FarmersMart team for them to call you back and answer any questions or concerns you may be having about using the site.

Q: Is it safe to pay my membership fee using my credit card?
Yes, the FarmersMart site uses all the latest security technology protocols to ensure your payment transaction is as secure as possible. We have security protected our site using SSL technology. In addition we use contracted WorldPay to handle the payment payment transaction for your double security.
